Information we use
Google sign-in provides account information such as your name, email and profile identifier. We keep account, order, credit and generation records to provide the service. We do not receive your Google password. Stripe processes card payments; we do not store full card numbers.
Selecting a photo creates a preview on your device. Choosing Generate sends it through our hosting and delivery services to KIE and its upstream AI model provider for processing. These providers receive the files and request information needed to create and deliver your result. Files are not placed in a public gallery or used in our advertising without permission. We do not train our own models using your uploads.
Storage and service providers
A local sign-in or checkout draft can contain your photo and settings. It is valid for 30 minutes, removed when retrieved, and cleared after expiry when the draft workflow runs again. Clearing this site’s browser storage also removes local drafts. Completed files are available for seven days. Detailed task records are normally kept for up to 90 days, and support correspondence for up to 180 days. Account, payment and security records may remain longer for service delivery, disputes and legal obligations.
In the current KIE workflow, we validate and forward your original photo without saving it as a permanent file in our own video storage. We keep limited upload metadata separately. Temporary copies held by processing providers follow their retention arrangements; the seven-day download period applies to completed videos, not those source-image copies. Removing a history entry does not immediately erase every external copy. Providers may process information outside your country.
Your choices
Essential storage supports login and security. Any optional measurement and its controls are explained in our Cookie Policy. We do not sell personal information. Request access, correction or deletion by contacting us; we may verify the request and retain records we are required to keep. Applicable privacy rights remain available, including contacting your local authority. The service is for adults aged 18 and over.
